Realty Management took over the administration of the Dene Park Estate from 1st March 2019.
This is purely an admin role taking care of the following:
- collection of service charges and debts where necessary
- taking care of the accounts and end of year auditing
- providing liability insurance for the estate
- payment of estate management invoices
- provide quotes when requested
- provide advice on estate issues e.g.. tree maintenance
The estate will continue as DPM Ltd. and the Directors will still retain overall responsibility to the residents.
